Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact info@radiantmajestybodycare.com. Each issue will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Shipping

All products are handmade in Houston, TX. Although we aim to work as quickly as possible, please allow 5-7 business days for processing in order to provide you with the best quality product. 

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 shipping and processing times have been increased.  Please allow 7-10 days for processing and 10-14 days for shipping. However, we try our absolute best to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Melting

Body butters have a tendency to melt in high temperatures. We take as many preventive measures as possible to avoid melting during the shipping process. However, during the summer months melting is sometimes unavoidable. We recommend storing your body butter in a cool, dark place. If you body butter melts, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator or freezer to return it to its natural state.
